We’re gearing up to launch Boyband Hell Android port in 10 days! 

Depending on how long the final Google Play final production review process is after our 14 days of 20 concurrent playtesters period, we’ll put it out sooner rather than later. (Google Play Console is quite a beast to be tamed!)

Here's a sneak peek on the gorgeous menu screen Mattie (Demeru) made.

Thanks to their hard work on GUI, concert cut-ins, and background remastering, the look and feel of Boyband Hell has been elevated significantly. 

It feels like almost a completely different game from our jam version, which just hit 3000 plays and downloads!

We've had playtesters from all around the world, including Australia, Mexico, Brazil, and more. Now we're finally about to release.

Wow, it’s been a journey getting to this point.

Not going to lie, it’s taken a lot more out of my life force than I anticipated aha, and it's thanks to the team's support that we got here.
It's been a lengthy process just to license everyone's work from the jam (over 30 people) and contract new members of the team, I've never dealt with more logistics in my entire life. XD

Google Play Console, you're the final boss for us!

I’m grateful to Alex (Funigami), our OG jam programmer for stepping in when Afuera had a family emergency and was unable to continue coding just 10 days before our initial launch date of June 30!

Alex has release two Android ports a couple of years ago and is confident in bringing us to launch. Because of Google Play console’s many changes since then, he recommends we look for someone with updated knowledge just in case there’s any Android related bugs post-launch. He’s offered to cover ren’py related ones for a month.
